Building a Better Future

We engage leaders, address key issues, and focus on youth potential to ensure sustainable growth and positive change for all.

Our history

In 2015, four African American men united with the goal of enhancing the community. They pondered the concept of forming committees and establishing a committee structure aimed at community improvement. They concluded that twenty committees, each led by a community leader, were necessary to address community needs. These leaders would guide other community leaders in twenty discussions to develop potential solutions.

We extend our gratitude to James Grace, Bob Wilson, Bill McClain, and Kenneth Archie for their efforts
